July 4 Race

KC Wizards vs Houston Dynamo in MLS, USA vs Grenada in Gold Cup, Serena vs Venus at Wimbledon or Kobiashi vs hotdogs...All of these match-ups were great July 4 competitions. Another July 4 competition that may or may not make SportsCenter is the match up of Jefferson vs Katie. Who will win the race?

The Roblee Report: BACKGROUND

Jefferson Roblee, contributor to TRR, is the Associate Head Coach of men's and women's soccer at William Jewell College, Head Coach of the Kansas City Brass of the Premier Development League (PDL) and co-director of the MYSA Western District ODP Academy and KC Pace FastForward Program. He has also coached Missouri ODP state teams and state champion club teams in Missouri (KC Pace: U17, U18) and Kansas (KC United: U19, U20). In addition, Jefferson Roblee served as the National Chair of the NSCAA/adidas Youth Boys and Girls Coach of the Year Committee in 2007 & 2008. (link)

Lincoln Roblee, TRR contributor, is the Head Coach of the women's soccer team at Benedictine College, Kansas City Brass of the Premier Development League (PDL) assistant coach and co-director of the MYSA Western Region ODP Academy and KC Pace FastForward Program. Lincoln Roblee has coached Missouri ODP state teams as well as the 2000 and 2001 KC United Kansas state cup champions (U19 & U20) as well as the 2005 & 2006 Missouri state cup champion KC Pace (U17 & U18). He was the MYSA Coach of the Year in 2005 and was a finalist for the BRINE-NAIA women's National Coach of the Year in 2008. (link)
